If you follow us on Facebook, you might already know that we have been a sponsor of the Seacoast Repertory Theatre for the past couple of seasons. We’re responsible for creating trailers for each of their main stage shows, which means attending a performance on the opening weekend and capturing some moments from the show, as well as some comments from audience members, cast members, and the director, and crafting a short “teaser” to entice others to come see the show.

Written reviews and word of mouth recommendations can go a long way in terms of promoting an ongoing performance. The Rep understands, however, that being able to capture the essence of the show in a short, professionally produced trailer, may be the difference between someone attending or not attending. Getting a first glimpse at the music, the set, the actors, and hearing the excitement from the audience could be just the right motivation to purchase a ticket.

The crew at The Rep have a lot of good things going for them: An amazing theatre space in a community that values the arts, a staff that is dedicated to running a successful theatre, and a loyal base of supporters, sponsors, and members.
